Noah V. Lupica, MD

Hi, I’m Dr. Noah! I’m a Brown-trained, board-certified pediatrician at Next Generation Pediatrics.

I always knew I wanted to be a doctor, but I didn’t always know I wanted to be a pediatrician. Originally, I wanted to be a veterinarian. I loved caring for patients who couldn’t speak for themselves (and still do!). What drew me to pediatrics was the opportunity to walk alongside each child as they grow from their first day of life into a young adult with their own voice, identity, and understanding of the world.

I earned both my undergraduate and medical degrees from Brown University through their eight-year Program in Liberal Medical Education (PLME). I also completed my pediatrics residency through Brown at Hasbro Children’s Hospital. I stayed on as clinical faculty at Brown while I practiced in a community health center before moving to Northern Westchester in Spring 2026 to join the Next Gen Pediatrics family.

My years practicing in community health taught me an invaluable lesson: providing exceptional pediatric care takes time, a commodity which is greatly lacking in the classic US healthcare system. I didn’t want to “do less” for my patients, as some well-meaning colleagues advised. I wanted to find a practice that valued doing more. I found those shared values at Next Gen Pediatrics.

My clinical interests and areas of expertise include pediatric mental health, neurodivergence (e.g. ADHD, autism, learning differences, etc.), hypermobility, MCAS, and LGBTQ+ health. I have a particular passion for helping children whose brains, bodies, or experiences don’t always fit neatly into traditional frameworks. I love having the time to help them better understand themselves.

Above all, I believe each child deserves to be known as the whole person they are, not simply a collection of diagnoses. If we’re doing this right, your child’s diagnoses should be among the least interesting things we know about them. I’d much rather know what makes them laugh, what they’re proud of, what they’re struggling with, and who they’re becoming. That’s the kind of physician, and partner for your family, I strive to be.

Outside the office, you’ll find me adventuring with my two dogs (Zoe and Frei), collecting new hobbies, and taking deep dives on YouTube to learn more about whatever captures my curiosity.
